Tax returns
Our tax consulting includes the preparation of tax returns for companies and self-employed individuals, the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with commercial and tax law, disclosure to the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) and the preparation of the income statement (EÜR).
Financial accounting
As part of your ongoing financial accounting, we handle all the necessary tasks for you, such as account assignments for ongoing accounting, document processing, the submission of advance VAT returns, and the preparation of business analyses. We use Addison OneClick for this purpose.
Payroll accounting
We take care of your entire payroll accounting. This includes preparing wage and salary statements, submitting payroll tax and social security returns, registering and deregistering employees, and assisting with payroll tax and social security audits.
Business consulting
We are happy to advise you on your company's business management issues. For example, we can prepare sales and cost forecasts, liquidity and investment plans, cost-benefit analyses, or capital requirements analyses. We will, of course, tailor our advice to your specific needs.
Other consulting services

Born in 1977 in Pfullendorf.
In 2001, Frank Wisboreit passed his career examination as a graduate in financial administration (FH) in the state finance administration.
After initially working in the income tax assessment department of the Sigmaringen tax office, he moved to the Stuttgart Corporate Tax Office in 2002, where he subsequently worked as a clerk in a limited liability company district. In 2005, he moved to the tax audit department.
He has been working as a self-employed tax consultant since 2007.
His main areas of expertise include the taxation of limited liability companies, real estate taxation and freelancers.
Jochen Panni

Born in 1976 in Ludwigsburg.
In 2004, Jochen Panni passed his career examination as a graduate in financial administration (FH) in the state finance administration.
He initially worked in the income tax assessment department of the Ludwigsburg tax office. From 2005 to 2007, he worked in the tax audit department of the Ludwigsburg tax office before moving to the Stuttgart tax investigation office in 2008, where he worked until 2020.
He has been working as a tax advisor since 2020.
His main areas of expertise include criminal tax proceedings and sales tax law.

Getting there by public transport
From the bus stop "Ludwigsburg Arsenalplatz" it is a short walk towards the Wilhelmgalerie. Then either
Walk directly through the Wilhelmgalerie or past it on the right toward Körnerstraße. Our office is directly opposite the Wilhelmgalerie (entrance on Asperger Straße).
Parking
Parking (charges apply) is available in the immediate vicinity of our office in the Wilhelmgalerie parking garage (access via Asperger Straße) and the Oberpaur parking garage (Körnerstraße 9).

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
